What's it all about?
Rare breed meats including Wessex Saddleback pork, and Shropshire lamb. Rare Breeds Trust of Australia Licence number V101. APIQ Free Range accreditation. The Fernleigh herd of pigs has been relocated to a National Trust farm at Purrumbete South in Victoria. The site is a rare breeds conservation breeding centre open to the public. A range of education programs will be running from the site from 2013 helping people to learn about keeping rare breeds of farm livestock and raising ethical meat.
